A one-night's deposit is required at the time of booking.

Cancellation policy:

For bookings of 3 nights or more: Cancellations made less than 14 days of arrival will be required
to pay a cancellation fee equivalent to the total room nights, including day rooms, cancelled.

For bookings of 1 night stays: Cancellation fee equivalent to the total room nights will be
required to be paid if booking is cancelled less than 3 days of arrival. To avoid cancellation
penalties, cancellations must be confirmed in writing, facsimile, or email.
